  I am wanting to build a couple of websites and eventually replace an existing one which is out of date. The wordPress plan personal, premium etc will the monthly fee apply to each and every build say personal $2.99 * 3 websites

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Actually, WordPress.com only offers yearly plans. To learn more about them check out our pricing page.

  Otherwise, you could just go with a free plan for your new sites until you’re sure you want to upgrade.

  To answer your question, each website will need it’s own plan.

  WordPress.com bills yearly, but has a breakdown of what it would cost per month.
