WordPress please fix this problem, since I paying you money.

When I login, my gravatar doesn’t show up & when I click reader/stats etc. nothing shows up. I put my curser over where my gravatar would be, & click my page to go to dashboard but I cant post anything. I think I got hacked.

I see your Gravatar displaying here. Moreover purchasing any upgrade has sweet muck all to do with gravatar display or accessing the Reader. Anyone with or without a WordPress.com blog can register a Gravatar account and upload an image. Inability to view anything the Reader is a browser related or connectivity related issue. And getting hacked is caused by the user not the software. So if you check your attitude at the under the light of that Christian cross then I’ll be glad to help you.

1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

Gravatars do not show up instantly after uploading them. Gravatar images are cached and frequently take several days to display after a change. Do not keep uploading! The first place they display is here in the forums and I see yours displaying here.

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog. This is the URL for you Admin login link http://116boyz.com/wp-admin/ Provided you clear up any browser related issues logging in there will take you to your dashboard.

I’m sorry, please forgive me. I didn’t meant it in a bad way. My weakness is frustration with computers/websites. It was difficult finding how to contact WordPress. Personally, I think WordPress is great, I have encourage others to go with WordPress & they have switched. I will be busy all day Saturday. Hopefully I try this on Sunday. Please don’t look down on Jesus, for I’m not perfect that’s why I need Him. I hope having a great day! :) I paid for the site & upgrades the font, which isn’t much. But looking to get the videos, but I’m learning all this website stuff. Thank you for your time to help me. I hope you accept my apology.
