When I asked for information about HOW to get a refund on a theme, I did NOT request a refund be processed. I also did NOT request to have the theme removed and I certainly did NOT request to have two days worth of updates erased. I asked for a PROCESS. But after two days of no response, Rootjosh went ahead and processed the refund and erased two days worth of updates anyway. So here is a question: who is going to restore my blog to its state at December 28th at 12:01am?
