WordPress – pls dont close my topic down without addressing the issue!!!!

    This is reply to a previous ‘Closed Down’ topic from half an hour ago.

    Hi, Sorry I dont agree you should gloss over the issue as ‘looking to improve current behaviour’. The video content is broken, doesnt work, and hasnt worked for a month. To date there is hardly any updates or solutions to this woefully inadequate website. The other issue is complete lack of attention, updates from WordPress support team on if this will EVER be solved? If it wont please let me know and please refund me everthing I have paid WordPress to date and I will go to another CMS. I really can not keep delaying my business launch as I have clients to attract and bills to pay! This really is getting urgent. thanks
