The plugin’s author, Openstreetmap OSM https://en.wordpress.org/plugins/osm/
violates WordPress plugin agreement paragraph 10‘ Plugins may not embed external links or credits on the public site without explicitly asking the user’s permission. #10. Plugins may not embed external links or credits on the public site without explicitly asking the user’s permission.
All “Powered By” or credit displays and links included in the plugin code must be optional and default to not show on users’ front-facing websites. Users must opt-in to displaying any and all credits and links via clearly stated and understandable choices, not buried in the terms of use or documentation. Plugins may not require credit or links be displayed in order to function. Services are permitted to brand their output as they see fit, provided the code is handled in the service and not the plugin.
Author is crediting his website for advertising puroposes, without an option to opt-out for final product.’Author is not responding for my inquiry here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/remove-wp-osm-plugin-link/
His plugin exposing a link ‘WP OSM plugin ‘ on the Frontend to http://www.hanblog.net/ which is probably is his affiliated personal blog.
Author is also suggesting, to use any other, paid plugins instead of his plugin.

Hi there,
You are posting in the support forum for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. In this forum we only provide technical support to the owners of free websites hosted on WordPress.com.
We are not the same thing as the open source WordPress project, and have nothing to do with how the WordPress.org website is run, including how their policies for plugin listings in the plugin directory are applied.
You can find the page for the team that manages the plugin directory on WordPress.org at https://make.wordpress.org/plugins/. The sidebar widget top-right on that page includes details on how you can contact the plugin-review team if you believe a plugin is violating their guidelines.
