Where is the Plugin menu in my WordPress Dashboard?
-
I am hosted with GoDaddy.com for my wordpress account so I can use Plugins. I am in my FTP and have uploaded plugins to the correct files. However, no matter what I do I can not get the plugin link to show up in my wordpress admin screen. I have read so many articles out there and nothing seems to fix this issue.

If you’re referring to http://videovisiongroup.wordpress.com/, we don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.
If this is in regards to a self-hosted WordPress(.org) blog, hosted via GoDaddy for example, please note that we can only support WordPress.com blogs here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/WordPress.org has complete support and documentation sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress at:

Ok a little confused… I created the blog on .com. Though I purchased hosting through Godaddy.com for the domain http://www.esocialgroup.com. Which goes back to my wordpress blog http://videovisiongroup.wordpress.com/.
Is there no way of having this BLOG
So would I now have to go to the .org and create my site all over?

Ok, it sounds like you purchased a domain through GoDaddy and are mapping it to your WordPress.com blog.
This is not the same as hosting the blog yourself.
To host the blog yourself, you would need to install WordPress from http://wordpress.org/ on your GoDaddy hosting account.
