  hello,
  i m trying to connect mine feed burner account with mine blog but i m not able to find wp-content/plugins,so please give me the correct links so tht i could be able to make mine feed burner work with mine blog

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We don’t have plugins here at WordPress.com. They are only for WordPress.org blogs.

  You can just run your WP.com feed through your Feedburner account if you want; that doesn’t need any plugins.

  A quick search in the Support docs turned this up http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-subscriptions/

  PS no plugins allowed on WordPress.COM, which is the blog linked to your name.
