WordPress Plugin Installtion

  I am using the free hosted blog version of wordpress.

  I am trying to install a plugin but cannot see the plugin menu bar in the admin panels? how do i go about installing them.

  We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.
