WordPress Plugin & Media Library Problem

    Hello, I haven’t had any problems for years with my WP site, but lately I’m having problems – where I am unable to update plugins, and now the latest issue is that I can’t insert media into the blog posts. I thought this would be a hosting issue, searched the forums and called GoDaddy multiple times, but they have done all they can do on their end.

    They have told me this could be happening due to an update with my theme and I’d like to check if there’s something related to this. It looks updated too. Please help me out… :(

    Hi there,

    We’d be happy to help, but we require one vital piece of information. What is the URL of your website?

    Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version (which I suspect since you contacted GoDaddy) of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting prover. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
