  Hi, if I purchase a premium plan, am I going to be able to use a WordPress plugin such as visual composer by my membership, or I would pay for it?

  Installing plugins requires a Business or eCommerce plan, so the Premium plan would not allow you to install that particular plugin. You can review what each plan allows you to do here:
