wordpress plugins
-
Hi,
I owned a blog at http://bpmodern.com/, which i am paying $18/year to wordpress.com.
I discovered amazing plugin function but seems like only blog/domain with wordpress.org able to activate the plugin.
I have failed to look for any “plugin” function in my blog with wordpress.com.
I wonder how to use plugin since with my current page? Must I shift my page to wordpress.org? How can I do so?
Thanks for your attention!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes, if you want to use plugins, then you must move to WordPress.ORG and host you site somewhere else on the internet.
We cannot use plugins on WordPress.Com.
Here are some details about the different kinds of wordpress:

There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot install individual plugins into them for security reasons. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

As you’ve registered your domain through WordPress.com and will want it to point to a blog or website hosted elsewhere then you can do this by updating the nameservers. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/#update-nameservers
