WordPress Plugins for Shareholic

  Shareaholic provides these instructions for connecting to my WordPress Blog:

  http://www.shareaholic.com/publishers/install_wordpress/

  My problem is that when I go to my Dashboard as they instruct I do not see any icon that says “Plugins”

  How may I resolve this?

  Those instructions are for WordPress.ORG blogs, not WordPress.COM blogs. To put sharing icons on your blog, just go to Dashboard->Settings->Sharing and select the ones you want to use.
