  Is there any way that the registered users of my blog could get an email notification each time I make a new post?

  Yes.

  1. You can enable blog subscriptions > http://en.support.wordpress.com/blog-subscriptions/

  2. Or you can set up feedburner email subscriptions to do the same thing > http://en.support.wordpress.com/blog-subscriptions/ This is the best choice if you intend to move the blog onto wordpress.ORG install in the future.

  Note: If your readers use RSS feed readers they can subscribe directly to your blog posts feed. this is the URL http://hahalera232.wordpress.com/feed/

  Note also that if your readers are other wordpress.com members they can click the “subscribe” link on their navigation bar and subscribe to your blog and they will automatically get your posts displayed in Readomatic on their dashboard.
