WordPress posted wrong date
-
I posted on June 30, 2015, around 6 pm, but my blog logged it as July 1, 2015. I’m on Pacific time, but that’s still not reason for the date change. Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello!
If I understand your question correctly, this is a simple fix :)
Go to your dashboard, then click on Posts –> All Posts. Click on the title of the post in question from the list that will pop up on the right.
The the very right you’ll see the Publish box with several options (Status, Visibility, Published On, etc.). Next to Published On, you should see something like this, ” Published on: Jul 1, 2015 @ 17:54″ and next to it, “Edit” should be underlined/clickable.
Click on Edit, and you’ll have the option to change anything about the date that you would like – month, day, year, and time.
Click “OK” when done.
Hope this helps! :)

Two real choices
1) Move to London England – UTC 0000
2) Set your blog to local time
Dashboard >> Settings >> General >> Pick a city in your time zone – remember to save changes

You need to change the time from the default setting of UTC 0000 or London – or the times will always be off by 7 or 8 hours depending on DST – – then you need to go back and edit the time date as noted in the other post – – else your time will always be off
note – you need to be an Admin to adjust the time

Thanks, but there is just no such option you speak of for me. (And I should be an Admin, I’m the only one doing the Blog, right?) It’s as if I’m working with a whole different program than what you mention.

Just out of curiosity, when you click on the post where you want to edit the time, what do you see on the right where the Publish box should be?
-
Oh, dear people. Both of you. Thanks. I found them both. I’m not sure what other screen I was in, but I’ve edited my dates, as well as fixed my time zone. Peace to you both!
