  Currently, if readers come to my blog post through Facebook, they cant like or comment on the page unless they have a wordpress account.
  If i upgrade to WordPress Premium, would this still be the case? or would they be able to like or comment on it, even without registering on wordpress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Upgrading will not change this.

  You can, however, change your own comment settings under Settings->Discussion.

  Even after un-checking the discussion settings, it is still asking for readers to enter their username/email id for liking or commenting on my post.
  Can you suggest a way out pls?

  No, that is the way. They must always at least input an email address.

  Comment author must fill out name and e-mail

  this is the setting which i have un-checked. Even then they need to enter their email id?
