  Hi.

  Signed up for the £70 Premium 14 day trial. In reality I don’t want ‘Video press’ and the ‘extra storage space’ features of this plan. If I had known this before clicking on trial, I would have just selected the individual upgrades that I needed. If I cancel my trial it says I will be charged a lot more money for my domain name if I try and purchase again. I wish to cancel the trial and start again but this extra cash being demanded to keep my domain is putting me off buying WordPress premium.

  How can I just buy the features I need, without paying an extra £6 to keep the domain I registered?

  Hey there!

  I can cancel everything for you, if you would like. The reason you’re being asked about keeping your domain is that domain cancelation is a permanent, non-reversible action. Once a domain is canceled, it can take up to several weeks to be released by our registrar.

  **We can’t guarantee that you will ever be able to purchase kindplace.org again once canceled, so please keep this in mind.**

  Let me know if this is all right with you, and I’ll cancel the entire Premium trial.

  If you’d prefer to keep the domain, but cancel everything else, you’re welcome to do that, but pay the £6 registration fee. The fee is normally included in the £70 Premium package…and if you’re not going to need the package, you can register the domain separately.

  Tell me what you’d like to do, and I’ll take the necessary steps.
