WordPress Premium

Hi, it says that my website’s (blog.vinasource.com) premium subscription is expiring today, but I can’t upgrade/renew it through the site anywhere. Can you provide any feedback or guidance on how to renew?
Thanks,
Ben

Hi there,
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and associated email address.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to > My Upgrades to renew upgrades there.
https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/
See also https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then

Hi Ben,
Timethief’s advice here is spot on — the person who purchased the site’s upgrades owns them and will need to renew them for the site. Alternately, that person can contact us for assistance transferring ownership of the upgrades to another administrator on the site, so that administrator can renew them.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns about that.

Hi,
I purchased WordPress premium to set up a (temporary) blog for my company (themirafitblog.com), until we could get a subdomain (blog.mymirafit.com) set up to host a blog on our company site. Now that blog.mymirafit.com is live, I’m wondering if I can transfer the WP premium feature and cancel it for themirafitblog.com?One thing: Blog.mymirafit.com is hosted by Network Solutions, so the backend looks different from the current WP backend. I also noticed there’s no Store option on the blog.mymirafit.com backend.
I have a template I like, but would like more freedom with customizing fonts and colors, so hoping to make this work.
Thank you.

@mayamirafit — If your blog is hosted by Network Solutions, rather than WordPress.com, there’s no need to have the WordPress.com Premium plan. That plan only applies to blogs hosted here at WordPress.com. You can manage (and cancel) the plan you purchased from your My Upgrades page. If you have any other questions or would like further help with that, please contact us directly so we can help you separately from the original poster in this forum thread. :)
