  If I transfer my blog to a WordPress premium account, will all my followers and posts transfer?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Not sure what you mean by a wordpress premium account, you can buy upgrades for individual blogs, but not accounts. Maybe you are referring to wordpress.ORG? In that case, the followers can be moved over by installing Jetpack and then requesting them being moved, and the posts can be transferred by exporting from your current site, and then importing to the new site.
