Please ask the person who made the purchase to comment in this thread using their own account, then we can help them. But we cannot help a third-party with upgrade-related issues on a different account.

There has not been any purchases page on this WordPress.com account – we don’t even have credit card details on file for this account, meaning none have ever been submitted via the checkout page. Even if the payment failed the account would show that.
On what date was the payment made. And are you sure it was for the site, http://woodlandparadise.wordpress.com/?

Payment was made on the 24th of may through ideal.
I really hope she did pay for woodlandparadise.wordpress.com since it is the only domain she owns as well as the only account she has

Looks like she paid through another account. Can you please ask her to retrieve the transaction ID associated with the purchase by using these instructions:

Then please use the following form to send us the transaction ID:
