  i purchased a wordpress premium for my site in october this year and then my employee accidentally deleted my site and i recovered it, but my subscription is gone. how do i get that back?

  Sorry to hear you have had such trouble! I can confirm that your Premium plan was cancelled but I should clarify that at the time of the cancellation it was also refunded.

  You can see on Oct 12 a listing for $-102.34, which indicates that a refund was made on the original Oct 8th purchase of $102.34: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Beacuse of this we are not able to restore the previous upgrade, but you can add it back yourself by purchasing it again from here: https://wordpress.com/plans/bubbasbbqandsteakhouse.wordpress.com
