  I want to upgrade josiesbookshelf.com to a premium account. When I try to upgrade, I only get jetpack upgrade options. I would appreciate some guidance on how to find the option to upgrade to premium.

  That site is live and hosted over there at Bluehost. To use that domain here at the host WordPress.com you’ll need to move it to WordPress.com servers here.

  Hi there,

  WordPress.com plans can only be bought for sites that are hosted on WordPress.com, and josiesbookshelf.com is not hosted with us. It’s hosted at Bluehost, as indicated above, and just connected to your WordPress.com account via the Jetpack plugin.

  The only upgrades you can buy from us for that site are upgrades for the Jetpack plugin.
