  Sir I am asking for my money since last month, you haven’t refunded my money yet whose amount is 4200 rupees. I have complaint for more than 6 7 times, will you refund? Please don’t again give the same answer that it takes more than 2 3 billing cycle and all, I have tried all those. Please arrange my refund asap or I will surely complain against your policy

  Hi there,

  We processed the refund back to you on 10/5 – we released the funds back to your bank and they are no longer with us. I would contact your bank about this. Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end.
