WordPress Premium Cancellation

Hello,
I purchased wordpress premium on October 27th and then subsequently cancelled it on the 29th. I received an email on the 29th which I was under the impression confirmed this cancellation, however I can now see that it required me to press another button to confirm my cancellation. I have not used the premium service in any way as I was under the impression it was completely cancelled. Can you please refund this payment for me?
