WordPress Premium Cancellation
-
HI,
Please cancel ALL WordPress premium plans from my profile. I don’t intend to renew upon expiry on the 26th of this month. -
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel an upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

Hi there,
Auto-renew for your premium plan subscription is currently disabled, so the plan will just fall off of your account without you occurring any charge. However, if you want me to remove it before it expires, I’d be happy to. Just wanted to give you a heads up!
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!
