  I created a new blog (dcdotnet.wordpress.com) 11/23. I paid through PayPal and so far haen’t been able to use the blog. No, I keep getting sent to an old blog I had a few years ago but let go.

  The reason you are not seeing it when you log in as dcunningham81, is that a different domain name has been used to register the site.
