  If I pay for WordPress Premium Plan, can I design my own theme on it? For example, I want to have an image fade in, and text scroll over it. And I want to design my own custom menu that will show different things when the mouse hovers over different parts of it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  On the premium plan you gain access to custom CSS, so you can modify the appearance of existing elements of the theme, like changing fonts, colors, size and position.

  To create your own theme from scratch, or to make advanced customizations to an existing theme to change the way it actually works, which is done via a child theme, requires our Business Plan.

  Also not that support included in our plans does not extend to advanced customizations like you’re speaking of – if you’re not able to make these changes yourself, you’ll need to hire a web developer to make them for you.
