  With WordPress.com premium, is there unlimited access to all of the plugins?

  Hi @swisswaterz,

  There’s no unlimited access to the whole plugins library on WordPress.com. That is for safety reasons.
  However, there are the most popular plugin functionality included automatically within WordPress.com websites.

  To have unlimited access to the plugins library, you will have to hire a web host and set up your own WordPress.org install.
