WordPress Premium Renewal

  I have just found out today that the socialsoundsproject.com expires today and will stop functioning. However, on the WordPress store there are no options that will allow me to continue to use this domain. Please help! I really don’t want to lose the website!

  You’ll need to have the user that purchased the domain renew it. If you no longer have access to that account, let me know and I can help you get access.

  Hi Shawna – so have purchased the premium package for the wrong site – I have bought it for the socanthsoc.wordpress.com and it said this when I attempted to transfer:

  “One or more products from the bundle you have attempted to transfer already exists on the destination blog. The bundle is not eligible for automatic transfer. Please contact support to resolve the issue.”

  Is this something you can help with?
