WordPress Premium Status Expiring

Hello
I’ve received notification my Premium upgrade will be expiring soon, however my account is not the one used to set up the site as I have taken over from a previous employee who has now left. As a result I can’t see how I can renew our subscription.
Is there a a way to transfer access to my account?

While I’d love to assist you, we cannot transfer a blog upgrade from a user to someone else without hearing from the current upgrade owner. This is particularly important because there is a domain registration involved, and the person who is listed as the registrant is the legal owner of the domain. If you can get this individual to post here agreeing to turn over the upgrade to you, I can transfer it to you.

I think there is some confusion. I certainly do not want this account transferred as it hosts cottagegrove.co.UK. is oliverhext. I no longer look after Flying Bull School, I used to have an account registered to look after the domain, this is no longer the case. I am a little confused as to what is required.

All I’m after is for my account to be able to renew fbps.co.uk. I think all they require is your consent for this to be approved, which you’ve given. Your cottagegrove.co.uk domain shouldn’t be affected at all.

The upgrade is owned by lmulhall, so we will need to hear from that user.
If that user can comment here and ask for the premium upgrade to be transferred to lmulhall I can do so. That user can also request that the site flyingbullschool.wordpress.com if they wish, or they can retain ownership of the site.
None of this will impact the oliverhext account, and any other sites or upgrades under lmulhall would likewise not be affected.

I am happy for flyingbullschool.wordpress.com to be transferred to Chriss31
I set it up with my wife for the school and she has since left. Chriss Atkinson (Chriss31) is their new network manager so please transfer ownership to him.

Hi,
I no longer deal with flyingbullschool.wordpress.com site and have had my user account removed from the blog by chriss31. However, I still see reminders that fbps.co.uk’ expires on July 3, 2014 – renew now and ‘WordPress.com Premium’ expires on July 3, 2014. As I know longer have an account associated with this blog can you ensure the the user ‘chriss31’ can renew and purchase the upgrades.
