WordPress premium upgrade advice

  I am considering upgrading to the premium package where I get my own domain name etc. what I would like to know is will my old searches under the old WordPress.com domain still show up and will my followers still beable to find my site using the old domain name http://bizzimummy.wordpress.com?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your blog will automatically redirect from bizzimummy.wordpress.com to bizzimummy.com if that’s what domain you use. So the google searches will be redirected, as will anyone who enters the URL. Your followers will still be following your blog, and they should still get updates from the site even if you get a custom domain.
