  Hi

  I want to set up a site linked to a software product such that my users can click a link in the product pages and get a context-sensitive help page to assist them. Must be available 24x7x365 (active-active clustering?), must have technical support and help desk available 24×7. Has less than 50 authors of the content but in excess of 15,000 anonymous users that will potentially consume the help pages.
  Can you advise of the approximate costs for the above?
