  Looking into a WordPress Pro account, but the currency is displayed as something that I have never seen before. Can this be changed to USD?

  Yes, it can be changed to your preferred currency. Someone from the staff is going to change it for you. I’ve tagged the topic as modlook so it will be given priority :)
