WordPress Pro not registered on account despite payment already completed.

Hello!
I recently started an account with WordPress Pro. I had mistakenly signed up with wrong the email address but regardless the account was created and I had WordPress Pro privileges with the payment charged to my card. When I recently changed the email address to the initially intended email address, the change was accepted but the WordPress Pro privileges have been lost and now the billing the history is gone as well.
I have Card history and screenshots to back up the payment and changes to the account. Please help!

For what site did you buy the Pro plan?
I checked the
shiftenergytaiwanaccount you used to post here, but I don’t see any record at all of any purchases on this account – if a payment failed that would show in the payment logs for your account, but I don’t even see a failed payment, nor a credit card authorisation from when a new card was added to the account. We have no payment information on file for this account.I also checked the logs for http://shiftenergy178809457.wordpress.com/, and that site has never been upgraded, and hasn’t been modified at all since it was created in February.
Is it possible that you were logged into a different account when you made the purchase, and that you made it for a different site?

I just double checked and I made a mistake and switched the email addresses and accounts. This is the correct account the correct billing history is now in the account. There doesn’t seem to be any problems right now. Thank you so much for the help!
