WordPress Pro (UK) Query

  Hello,

  I hope you’re well. I’m just looking at the WordPress Pro paid plan for a UK-based WordPress blog, which is £15 p/m. I just had a couple of questions as I need to figure out what to do with hosting pretty quickly and I’m still unsure given the price isn’t budget-friendly for me.

  1. WordPress sent an email a little while ago with a 40% off discount code, but I wasn’t in the position of being able to move to a new host provider at the time and now it has expired. Does anyone know of another similarly good discount code for this hosting plan by any chance?

  2. I assume migration is included – could anyone confirm that WP would migrate your site and sort out the domain transfer from another provider to them?

  3. This plan says it includes Jetpack Essentials. I can’t see a package on the Jetpack product page for essentials so I don’t know what is included in this. All I’m interested in is the WP Reader element – would getting this WP Hosting package with JetPack essential mean that the tags on your blog posts are listed in the search results of the WP Reader by anyone searching by tags?

  If you have a WordPress site with another provider, you can use the simple migration tool included in the Pro Plan.

  If there are any migration issues, the plan includes priority support, so we would be able to take a closer look and advise you on the steps you need to take to have a successful domain transfer with minimal downtime.

  We don’t have a feature-by-feature breakdown, but it is roughly equivalent to the Jetpack Complete plan, minus Jetpack Search. Essentially it includes everything, though… I can confirm that you would show up fully in the Reader, including in tag searches.
