That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

I am having the same issue at my temporary site for my website. http://afbawindgap.0441bee.netsolhost.com/wp-admin It just keeps sending me back to login. I have cleared the cache and cookies of three browsers, I have renamed the plugin folder, the theme folder, deleted the htaccess file, and added the URL into the Wp-config php file… I have tried all the tricks online I’ve seen. What am I missing???
