WordPress pushes cookies and new site on us, but pushes people away

Why have you made unwanted changes to the site editor, why are you still using illegal cookies (we must be able to reject them direct from this site) and why can’t we contact you directly and privately? I don’t do faceless firms or having to make my issues public

What make you conclude the new block editor is unwanted? A majority of the sites on this platform use the new block editor. But it is still possible to temporarely revert to the classic editor, https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/#frequently-asked-questions
