    My credit card was charged TWD 2.136 on 24 April 2021.

    I dont know for which website address, whatever it is I dont want to be charged and cancelled all mu subscription in wordpress.

    That transaction ID is for the site, gomassageonline.com, that belongs to a different account. It appears that account has already cancelled the upgrades, and we’ve issued a refund. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

    To make any other changes to that site, or to request any help with that site, please make sure you’re logged into the correct account first, as we can only help if the account that owns the site and/or upgrades contact us.
