WordPress Reader Categories!

  When I tag (5-6) and categorize(2-3) my posts and I check my WordPress reader, my posts sometimes show up in all 3 categories, and sometimes only in 1. This is normal, that it doesn’t show up in all even though I am not spamming and only using 7-8 tags and categories combined?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
