WordPress reader does not put spaces between lines

    Hi, I have a question about the WordPress reader and how spacing appears in the Reader.

    When composing a post and publishing it, in my Reader there is no spacing between the sentences. I have noticed this happen on other people’s posts too. While not a major problem, it looks messy in the Reader.

    However, if I click into the actual post I have created, the formatting is correct.

    My posts are poems, so I have to make them using the Verse block, which allows me to move to a new line. I then convert the Verse block after composing to a Paragraph block.

    I tested this by making a post without changing to the Verse block, i.e., using the Paragraph block, When I checked how it looked in the Reader, the post did have the correct spacing. However, using the Paragraph block does not let you move to the next line when making a post, hence why I have to see Verse block to initially make my posts.

    Is there any way around this, so my sentences are properly spaced in the WordPress Reader?

    I use the Jetpack app on an android device.
