WordPress Reader excerpts

    Hello!
    Is it possible to only allow excerpts to show on Reader and only allow to redirect to personal site for the full-length reading?

    Hi there,

    That’s not possible, no. The Reader shows posts for all sites on WordPress.com in full, regardless of excerpt settings or whether or not you’re using Read More tags on your site itself.

    However, any time someone clicks through to view your post in the Reader, that does get recorded as a view in your stats.

    The Reader also displays Related Posts from your site at the bottom of each post, hopefully enticing people to explore more of your writing :)
