WordPress reader not recognising HTML special characters in titles

    I have been using wordpress reader to follow some blogs. For the past few months, this has been a consistent bug that whenever there is a HTML special character in the post title, wordpress cannot display it correctly.
    For example, today there was
    “Why There Probably Won’t Be Much Election Violence”
    It happens all the time with every special character. Please fix it.
