WordPress reader not showing pictures

  Hi, recently I have observed that the wordpress reader is not showing pictures in some of my posts but when I visit my site they are visible. Here is the link of one post: https://wordpress.com/read/feeds/105283463/posts/3555420936. You can see here that in reader it doesn’t show any picture. But on my website : https://httpsbookreviewonline.wordpress.com/2021/09/16/25-bookish-facts-about-me-%f0%9f%99%8e%e2%80%8d%e2%99%80%ef%b8%8f/#more-267 . The pictures are visible on my site. This has happened before and I am not able to get what’s wrong. Please let me know how I can fix this. Thank you.
