WordPress Reader problem

  I follow my own blog in the event that something like this ever happened, and it looks like it did. I published a post this afternoon and it isn’t showing up in the WordPress Reader at my WordPress home page. Does that mean it isn’t showing up for my followers? If yes, can you please fix this? Thanks.
