  Hi there,

  You can have your content appear in WordPress.com searches without paying anything. A few suggestions:

  • Use appropriate tags and categories for your posts so that people in the WordPress community can find them when searching
  • You can gain a following pretty quickly if you blog regularly and consistently
  • With the above in mind, make sure that you are posting content that is high in quality and unique. Search engines will be much friendlier to you if that is the case
