WordPress redirects to old website

  I have changed my wordpress site to ulilenz.com, but when I click my wordpress it redirects to the old one. Not even the one I’ve now created on wordpress: ulilenz.wordpress.com redirects to ulilenz.de The domain I registered on wordpress was ulilenz.com. Could you help me get the old site .de/.com to redirect to the new wordpress one?

  I have cleared my cache and everything to make sure that isn’t the problem.

  Hello Uli,

  You must change your name servers with your domain registrar. It appears, via public domain registration information, that your domain registrar is http://1and1.com/.

  For instructions on how to map your WordPress.com site with ulilenz.com/, please following the steps in this document:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/#instructions-for-mapping-an-existing-domain

  Your name servers are currently set to:
  ns55.1und1.de
  ns56.1und1.de
  They must be adjusted to:
  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com

  After you make these changes, your domain should map properly. Be aware that it can sometimes take up to 72-hours for adjustments to your name servers to appear properly online.

  Yes, I had read that information, and I saw the sample letter. However, I want to transfer the domain name to WordPress, to have everything here. We don’t want to be registered there anymore, or use that service 1&1 anymore.

  Uli, we do not accept incoming domain transfers at WordPress.com. We can map your WordPress.com to a domain with a different registrar, but we only house domains that were originally registered with us. Thanks much.
