WordPress Refund not received even in 1 month

    I had requested for a refund and closure of my WordPress site, The billing history in my WordPress dashboard shows the amount was refunded, but it has not reflected on my Credit card yet.
    The chat representative promised me 10 days max, but it’s been a month now.
    When am I getting my refund?

    Hi there,

    Refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up.

    You can see a receipt for the refund with a transaction number from your billing history:

    If you haven’t received the refund yet, please follow up directly with your bank, and give them the transaction ID from the refund receipt as a reference.
