  plan owner – how do i become the plan owner to renew wordpress plan i need help urgent to do this please?

  Hi there,

  Currently, the site and its associated plan are owned by the user @akernaconnect. To proceed with the renewal, you’ll need to get the ownership of the plan or the entire site transferred to you.

  Here’s how you can go about it:

  1. Transfer the plan only. If you’re interested in becoming the owner of the plan alone, we’ll need confirmation from @akernaconnect that they agree to transfer the plan ownership to you. They can reply to this thread, and we’ll take care of the transfer.
  2. Transfer the entire site. If you’d prefer to take ownership of the whole site, @akernaconnect can follow our step-by-step guide on how to transfer a site to another WordPress.com account here: https://wordpress.com/support/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/. By transferring the site, all the upgrades (including the plan) will also be automatically transferred to you.

  Remember, in both cases, you would need to get in touch with @akernaconnect and ask them to agree to the transfer.

  Once the transfer is done, you’ll be able to renew the WordPress plan yourself. We’re here to assist you throughout this process, so don’t hesitate to reply if you have any questions or if there’s anything else you need help with.
