WordPress Replies- how long will they take?

Hello everyone, I was hoping you’d be able to help me with something. My website, a blog about tattoo art, has been deleted, and I feel WordPress has made a mistake here. I’ve sent WordPress a message, as they said I could, but I’m just finding myself sitting here ripping my hair out. I really poured my heart into my site and writing. Does anyone know how long WordPress typically take to get back to someone who’s sent them a message?
A round-about idea of how long I’ll be sitting here will make me feel a lot better about all of this.
