WordPress Reset Plugin deleted my website

Hi,
I had a new website made called http://www.fashiongoneslow.com and I was struggling with installing a new theme I purchased. Because everything was so confusing with the design that wasn’t looking at the demo, I decides to instal WordPress Reset plugin, in order to reset the website and start again installing that theme in the hopes that it will look like in the demo. But after I clicked reset, the entire website disappeared!! How can I get it back??

I’d reach out to your hosting provider and make sure your package has the specs needed for the theme and current version of WordPress that’s installed. Further help will come from the volunteers on https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ if more help is needed.

You must contact your hosting support, perhaps they have a backup. If not you’ll have to start from scratch.
But it’s very clearly stated what that plugin does: it completely reset your site and wipe out all of your content.

What do you mean “start from scratch”? Paying again for a domain and hosting etc? I don’t care about the content. I only want to get back on it. to be able to log in

Hi @girlisart, it sounds like the plugin essentially took your WordPress installation to square one. But your hosting and domain are not your installation, so they shouldn’t be related.
You should be able to log in here: https://fashiongoneslow.com/wp-admin
If not, you’ll want to work with your hosting services and the resources from WordPress.org to resolve whatever is in the way.
