WordPress running slow

    Hi,

    My WordPress website is running extremely slow. I have tried so many solutions online but can’t find a permanent resolution.

    My admin panel and frontend are running really slow, taking about 5-10 minutes to load a page.

    On my site health page it comes up with the below REST API error:

    When I go to my Permalinks page and click ‘Save changes’ (as advised online) it seems to speed it up but after visiting a few different pages on my frontend website, it just goes back to taking ages to load pages.

    It seems that the more I click Save Changes, the quicker the overall website gets – however this is a very quick, temporary fix that doesn’t actually solve the problem.

    Do you know what could be causing this? I’ve tried deactivating all plugins but that doesn’t resolve it either.
